As our Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by driving sales. You'll be running sales calls with warm leads over Zoom, leveraging your expertise to close deals in the first call. We're looking for a sales maestro who can develop, test, and optimize sales scripts, ensuring that every call maximizes the potential for conversion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls with warm leads via Zoom, aiming to close deals within the first interaction.
  • Utilize Gong.io to record, analyze, and gain insights from sales calls, applying these learnings to refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in and/or run sales team conversations, objection-handling sessions and more.
  • Develop compelling sales scripts that resonate with our target audience, testing and optimizing them to improve performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the "sell by chat" team, our coaches and others to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork, participating actively in team meetings and contributing to the company's growth strategies.
  • Help build the sales team!


Location: Hybrid work environment, based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Experience using Gong.io or similar platforms to analyze and optimize sales calls.
  • Strong ability to develop, test, and refine sales scripts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
